::Had to buy a replacement wedding band as I lost mine. Cannot commend the staff high enough - Lauren (i think) served us and she was funny and very helpful. They had a good range of products ranging from affordable to very expensive. Would certainly shop here again if I needed jewellery.

::Would give it NO stars if I could! Brought a Hugo boss watch for my boyfriend at a Ernest jones down south. 3 WEEKS after I gifted him it, the bit you change the time on came loose. Considering a popular brand and it's a £200 watch you'd think that it would last a bit longer than 3 weeks. Anyway we both live in Liverpool and because it SHOULD be under warranty, we took it to this store. I honestly thought there'd be no issue, it's under warranty and had been looked after. Well, the man we dealt with was so rude, could barely be bothered with us and immediately said it's probably going to cost us... so it got sent it off to get it checked out and we hadn't heard anything for almost a month. Then we get a call saying that it's not covered by our warranty and we have to pay for the repair... The watch was clearly faulty, it broke in no time at all and it should of just been replaced straight away. Not sure if this store is a franchise or what but it obviously is just out to make a quick buck hoping people are stupid enough to fall for their cons. Luckily I rang the Ernest jones store down south that I originally purchased the watch from to explain this whole situation and the manager was outraged! Said that this was absolutely ridiculous and to bring the watch to her where she replaced it BECAUSE it was in warranty. Didn't even mess us around sending it off to be checked out. She's even written to head office about it. Basically, don't even bother with this store...go elsewhere or to the Ernest jones in L1 because I am adamant it's the store and not the brand that is awful.

::Ordered our wedding rings here on the 21st Jan, was very helpful whilst in the store but after we paid heard nothing from them. They were due to come in a few days after and we were advised they would phone us. After two weeks we phoned to see if they were in and was told both rings were in store and we could come and collect. When we got there only one ring was in! They told us they would phone us when the other ring was in to come and collect them. It was due in 4th Feb - it is now the 17th Feb and I have still not had a phone call. I have tried phoning the nobody answers. Terrible customer service. My Fiancee was going to bring her engagement ring here to get cleaned, but after this experience we will not be using them again. After speaking to other people it seems that the majority of Ernest Jones stores are the same not just this one. Wouldn't recommend at all!

::This is not a helpful store. We ordered a ring here on 16/12 to be delivered 18/12 but no arrival. Store does not answer the telephone, customer services is constantly engaged and when we try to track the order, the store have given an incorrect order number. We do not know where this important and valuable item is and Ernest Jones is not at all bothered - they have our money. Our advice to potential customers - go elsewhere!
