  A truly first class service! I opted for an environ facial which left my skin glowing, my therapist Rachel was highly knowledgable on environ skincare & what would be best for my skin type. I will definitely be visiting again!

  Every time I go into Esse I am never disappointed! The staff are amazing and very helpful and there is always such a lovely atmosphere. I had 2 treatments last week which were incredible - highly recommend the facial. I always come away feeling so calm and relaxed - even if I only pop in for a little browse and cup of tea!!

  Esse is anyone’s heaven both as a studio , spa shop , champagne / coffee bar. After 6 years of going there I have never had a bad experience , the staff are so professional , accommodating , give you the best experience ,flexible to ensure you get the bespoke tailored treatment to suit your needs , nowhere else offers this. Over the years I have brought many friends and relatives there and I think now they visit just to go there . If you ever get the chance visits the secret heaven in Melbourn

  Retail products are shamefully overpriced and staff’s behaviour is awful.

  Really great staff, lovely atmosphere, feels very much like a mini break from life even if I'm only getting my eye brows waxed!!
