  Handy to park, but watch that multi buys or discount actually appear on the till. Has happened repeatedly.

  Supermarket mentality here. This is a supermarket / Subway / Gregg's / costa with a petrol station attached to it..... It shouldn't be. It's a PETROL STATION primarily with a large shop. Unfortunately the management are completely incompetent at running a petrol station, with often only one person in charge of the entire site. I've seen mobile phones in use whilst filling up, staff walking across the forecourt with lit cigarettes, the public walking from their vehicle after refuelling, holding a conversation in the mobile phone, join the queue to pay, being served and then walking back across the forecourt to their vehicles and not a peep out of the staff. I've seen minors, shorter then the height of the cars filler cap, filling their parents car up, and you can see the haze of petrol fumes going all over their faces. People filling coke bottles with fuel etc etc and all this is going on because the operator isn't allowed to focus on the forecourt as he has a very large shop to watch. I even pointed out to the guy behind the till that a woman was talking away on her telephone whilst filling up and he told me to tell her on my way out as he didn't want to "embarrass" her by using the tanoy system... Health and safety nightmare, but the petroleum officer is on their case...
