  I've lived in a few different rental properties in London and never had to deal with such a terrible and greedy estate agent. I rented a property through this agent with some friends and kept the property in perfect condition since we are all responsible adults. We even hired a cleaner to come in weekly throughout the tenancy period to clean the whole property. When we moved out, we paid a considerable amount of money for a professional end of tenancy cleaning service and left the property spotless. Shockingly, this agent wanted keep a ridiculous amount (think upward of 1000 pounds) from our deposit for all the "damages" and for not "having the property cleaned regularly"; they claimed the end of tenancy cleaning was not done up to their standards. We should have known that this was coming! When we informed them that we were moving out, they "recommended" a cleaning company to us to which we politely declined to use because of the ridiculous fees that were way over market rates. They didn't seem very pleased and "warned" us that we could do that at our own risks!

  Beware the fake 5 star reviews which are clearly given by friends/relatives! I have lived in one of their houses on Bow Common Lane and have had really poor customer service all the way throughout. In fact, I have been renting flats in London for nearly 10 years and I have never had to deal with such an arrogant and unhelpful company. Avoid at any cost! Awful customer service. Do you want to overpay and be treated like an absolutely worthless individual? Do you want to wait for three days before they send someone to look at your broken boiler/heating in the middle of December? Then Estate and Lets is your best choice...

  I recently moved from the USA and rented a property through Estates and Let’s. They were super helpful and professional. Totally held my hand through the process of renting an apartment in the UK for the first time.

  I rented my flat through Estates and Lets and was pleased with the service provided. I didn't have much need to contact the Letting Agents as everything ran quite smoothly. All staff members were professional and great help when I was moving out. I will always recommend Estates and Lets to any of my colleagues moving to the Canary Wharf area.

  I recently rented a flat, it was all very last minute because of a new job in London. Have to say they were so helpful. They showed me 3 flats and we got all the paperwork done that day. Thanks guys
