  I have hired cars in the past and dealt with judgmental, unprofessional staff. This was not the case with Europcar DEE and Minko where professional and friendly.

  Had good experiences - used to rent here exclusively - fast at handing out cars, not too bothersome with wear and tear. Unfortunately they forgot to explain how to return a car after a rental period when the office is closed at all, until I asked, then did not explain it accurately, resulting in unfair charges. Unfortunately as I had no proof (obviously) that they explained it inaccurately, I was unable to fight this. Will not be renting from here anymore. Added: Contacted customer services right away who simply said they were not there so they cannot say anything and the branch claimed to say all (obviously)

  Use these guys most months for work hires. Nice little team and efficient service. Easy to use get to location.

  Fast friendly staff and the car was fine. No real complaints. It is tricky getting in and out as it is smack in the centre next to the shopping centre so parking is a challenge. Recommended if you are arriving in Brighton by train as it is only a 10 minute walk downhill.
