  A bit disappointed so far I rented a vehicle nothing arrived yet. Still waiting at my hotel. I'm told now someone will collect me to take me to the depo. Nobody has arrived yet..

  "Staff at Cardiff Roath branch are always helpful and polite. Service provided is always 10/10. Plus great rewards and and upgrades with the privilege club. Would definitely recommend Europcar to everyone I know."

  "After being let down by 2 large National companies (Budget & Thrifty). I came to Europcar who were fantastic and luckily had a van at short notice, Which was great. Van was bigger then expected but this worked out to my advantage as it was easier to load with the extra headroom. I would definitely recommend and use again when needed. Price was great.

  Had car delivered to home. Checked for damage and found 4 more scratches not listed on paperwork. Attempted contact with Dealer-no reply between 4pm and 6 pm despite several attempts. Not impressed! We'll see what happens on handover.

  This is the first and the last time I'll be hiring from them😒. Customers service "crap" (excuse my french) #Staff are so stuck up! Treat you differential if you're not suited and booted Don't care about you or ask you on how was the car and the drive,! Ive book a car week in advance on there app knowing that I'll have a diesel car ended up with a petrol car and telling me it's really good on fule ( like hell it was) cost me almost twice as more than normal. And 1 last think "I'M NOT YOUR MATE" I'M A PAYING CUSTOMERS TREAT ME JUST AS WELL I'VE TREATED YOU WITH RESCPECT. "Best service and cars has to be Enterprises Ipswich Road, Cardiff, you'll pay slightly more but at least they'll be treat you will respect"
