::I have had need of hire cars for the past couple of months. Initially I used two other hire car companies - and was not happy at all with the service I received. I then reluctantly went to Europcar. I can categorically say that the service I have received - both at the Birmingham Nottingham Branches have been of a high standard - easy to extend hires, very accessible to get to, cars have always been clean on hiring, and the staff are very courteous and friendly. It is not always easy getting through to the branches though - maybe a victim of thier success!!! Would highly recommend!!!

::Friendly helpful staff. Easy and convenient, as so close to main transport hub with trams, trains and buses. Also simple collection and drop off. Pretty good price for initial hire. Easy to extend the hire over the phone, although quite pricey.

::My partner hired a van Then found the Plastics all hanging off underside of the van then to my disbelief I Found a top off a drug needle where someone had been injecting in the cab , absolutely disgusted...obviously not cleaned and rent to anybody. Was then only offered a smaller van which wasn't suitable for what I needed and told of that wasn't good enough go somewhere else. Still had to pay the larger van price!!!!! Complained twice and didn't even get a reply then they just took an extra £17 out of my account 2 days later which have now been reported as fraud .AVOID this company at all costs , go do yourself a favour and go to enterprise !!!

::COWBOYS. Ripped off - lied to by staff - canceled my collection and added cover to get commission. This meant I was double charged the cost. Wasted my Saturday waiting for collection. Then had to take a half day Monday to drop car off (which I later found out I was not insured on - therefore risking my job) then have to pay for taxis etc. Complained and nothing back after nearly 2 weeks The LEAST you can do is apologise and refund .... the least ... There are others around that will not rip you off. Enterprise is just round the corner
