  Poor website. They mention a minimum age for driving but not the maximum. When I arrived to pick up the van I was told that I was not allowed to drive it because I was 71. Why not mention it on the website and save me the trouble of going to the depot to pick the van up? I complained to the management but received the usual bland reply. I notice the website still does not mention the maximum age. There are better hire companies.

  A really great service here. Manager was great and approachable and all the staff were lovely. Van was perfect and clean. A better experience than at some other branches, that’s for sure.
