  Luis was very helpful with replacing a saddle in warranty and was never too much trouble. I found however on other visits that I was waiting in the store of some time to even get staff attention on a question/ purchase. The store is well presented and the mechanics are very good at what they did with my bronze service following a crash to check over my bike & replace handle bar tape which was fitted really well. Overall not quite 5* but a strong 4*

  I've just collected my order from this Cheswick branch and I was very pleased with the service that I received. John altered my order to my personal specifications and Max helped Me to fit it into my Fiat 500. Yes! A Fiat 500! Max and his colleague assisted me to fit my 'massively' large Princess Pashley push bike fully fitted into it and I was off!!! Thanks you all guys. I have posted the pictures for your entertainment ;-)
