::Excellent service! I bought new cycling shoes, cleats and pedals which they fitted immediately. Mervyn at Evans Wimbledon could not have been more helpful. Great advice and took the time to fit the pedals/cleats and was was very patient allowing me to try them out. He also fixed some loose tape and pumped up the tyres and basically provided first class service and on a Sunday! Thank you!

::Went to several bike shops and nobody took a real interest in helping me choose a bike. Ant and mikah were so friendly and helpful in Evans Wimbledon. I would ask for them personally as they are the most helpful. π

::Very disappointed. We had issues with a dangerously assembled and faulty bike, then after being sent a voucher to compensate for this LIFE RISK, we tried this store to purchase shoes. We had to go and collect a member of staff from chatting behind the till, and weβre made to feel like an inconvenience for even asking to try on the shoes. We quickly found a pair, spent the voucher and left. We will NEVER return to your chain after repeated poor service. Once might be a slip but this constant experience shows only lack of training and loyalty from your staff to your brand name. Why should we stay loyal?! Sad experience!

::Workshop: Initially good intentions but in the end messy & amateurish. Made me waste tons of time. When I demonstrated to them their lack of sense & unsatisfactory service, they immediately became rude and arrogant. Avoid by all means. [Additionally: I may be wrong, but I spotted with them a guy who used to manage a Cycle Republic at Regent's park. This man is a complete disaster - his men at Cycle Republic once screwed up my bike & when I complained, providing hard evidence of the damage they had done, he replied 'I don't give it a damn, as tomorrow it's my last day of employment here'. I sued the shop and eventually got full compensation plus damages - but this was a moron and definitely not a good manager]

::Bought 4 bikes from them and by and large excellent service. They are generally helpful and polite. The click and collect service is very efficient. When they were a day late fixing a spoke on a tyre, they didn't charge me which I thought was very good as I wasn't in a rush anyway. Seems other people have had different experiences but as for me, happy with the response I've had and I have used the shop a lot.
