  I had a problem with a rear window which would not close. Initially they said it would be 5 days before they could book me in but I explained I had to drive to the Mediterranean before then. The Spares Manager had a quick look at it and said he would see what he could do. Unfortunately they did not have the required part but were able to jury rig a solution. This to me was an example of a caring and flexible approach to customer service. Well done Ford and a big Thank You.

  Just mooching for a new (to me) car. Salesman pushy and didn't listen well to requirements and budget

  Rang on Friday to enquire about 2 Ford Kugas. Spoke to a Salesman about both and told him I would be down today 5/2 to see them. Was told he would let us know if either car had been sold prior to our journey and would recieve a phone call thismorning with directions to the garage. This did not happen. I live in Cumbria and drove down to be told when I arrived, that both cars had been sold. Having used petrol and lost the price of over night accomodation, to say I was not pleased is an understatement. The Salesman apologised but this was not accepted. I would not reccommend using this garage and will certainly not be returning. NO stars!!!!!! I contacted the garage when I returned home. Spoke to a sales Manager who said he would look into the matter for me. He rang back and apologised and said he would have handled the situation differently. He offerd me £50 compensation which went towards the cost of our hotel accomodation. I was pleased with the gesture and hope no one else finds themselves in the same situation.

  Very helpful staff, excellent service standards and communication - the vehicle healthcare check system (which is free) is extremely good and provides a very important safety check on your vehicle.
