  Rude staff, sign saying 'back in 10 minutes' when we arrived to pick up our luggage so we had to wait, also charged for a full day extra even when we only arrived 3 days and 1 hour since we left our luggage, fair enough it's the policy and we knew we would have to do it but some extra options would be nice

  This... establishment has unfriendly staff, costs a fortune and closes at 11 pm. I warn you, if you come late a few minutes you'll have to wait til the other morning and miss your flight... There is neither an emergency contact number, nor is there anyone in the entire Liverpool Street station that can give you access to your luggage outside trading hours. We spoke to someone working at the station who told us that this has happened several times before. So they must be aware of the problem. They could actually try to avoid any trouble for their well paying customers and simply tell them that they close at 11 other than just writing it in tiny letters below the receipt. I mean honestly, who reads all of their receipt? Why do they close so early in the first place? Bloody morons. Hope they go bankrupt. Definitely not a recommendation.

  Do not use. Be warned if you lose your receipt you pay an additional £15 'admin' fee on top of your £12. What sort of service uses paper receipts that are easily lost? Will never use again. Rather carry around luggage.
