  It would help if they actually opened when they say they do. Wasted money on the car parking in the square. Waste of time too.

  Don't imagine that being a regular customer at this shop will buy you any kind of respect or professional treatment. Having used this dry cleaners monthly for the last 2 years I will never go there again after recent treatment by the woman in the shop. During cleaning my silk dress lost a button, which is just one of those things. However the shop effected a low quality repair - unasked for, and unwanted - by replacing the button with a non-matching one, and stitching it on in the wrong place by more than an inch. They failed to tell me this when I collected my dress so I only discovered the repair later. On asking for an explanation the woman denied the repair. I was called a liar and told to get legal involvement to make a claim against them. Thing is, I didn't ask for or want any money. I just wanted an explanation, because I thought I had a relationship with them. Therefore cannot urge you strongly enough not to trust this business with your clothes.
