  Had my first tattoo done by emma, she was absolutely lovely, really reassuring and did a great job giving me exactly what I wanted. It was a very clean and professional place and I will definitely be going back.

  Went here today to get our 10 year old daughters ears pierced. We had booked Claire's Accessories but had seen such bad reviews and didn't like the idea of the gun piercings her ears. We were so pleased we came here instead. Ollie was kind and patient with our daughter who was a little frightened. They use needles instead which is meant to be less painful. They also use screw front earings so no butterfly backs to contend with there was also fantastic aftercare advice. I was also impressed with how sterile it was, exceptionally clean. Highly recommended!

  Just been in to get my Daith pierced. Been tattooed and pierced here before and have always loved the vibe and staff. The Piercer (think he is called Olly, sorry if i am wrong) was friendly, approachable and very reassuring. He offered sound aftercare advice and made sure i was feeling okay. I also love that they seem to have a dedicated little studio downstairs now for piercing. 5 Stars! X

  Factotum is one of the cleanest, professional, and highly skilled tattoo shops in the world. since I've travelled the world as a tattoo artist myself I've seen enough out there to say without a doubt you can't go wrong with these guys/girls! an extremely skilled and friendly crew!! I was fortunate enough to get to work at this shop and become friends with the factotum family..truly missed and always loved..these guys won't steer you wrong. do yourself a favour and get tattooed here! to everyone at Factotum...i miss and love y'all so much!!! keep up the great work and I hope to see you guys again one day:) aloha!
