  They, took a deposit, and said they would do the job in August. I'm still waiting for a new start date. They say they have had some paperwork issues. I have asked for my deposit back. Asked for a quote for the bathroom to be tiled, ramped the price up by over 2k, even argued about how much the price had increased by. Another guy came round today, I asked for my deposit back. Straight no in response 'that isn't going to happen', they say they are buying the f&f but couldn't / wouldn't produce order forms. Still no start date. Is this a trustworthy company?

  Badly measured. One inch out in one dimension, but still fitted them. Wind gets into gap and howls loudly. Very poor fitting. Sealant slapped on all round. Guarantee worthless. Not transferable to a new owner without penalty payment. Local builders now called in to put things right.

  Disappointed with customer service! I am afraid I have to agree with Linda's review. Faraday Home Improvements sent a friendly salesperson who convinced me that I had a good bargain because they would like to take before and after photos of my bathroom for their showroom. From that I was expected an excellent finish and assumed that decorating would be included. THIS WAS NOT SO. I had to spend much more that I would have like to. Unfortunately I was not as lucky as Linda as no designers came around to advice me and help me to choose.. I was not shown a sample of the floor and no measurement was taken. It ended up that my toilet did not fit in the room and either the door had to be altered or the toilet had to be at a funny angle. If that had been explained to me at the time, I would have chosen a model which could fit rather that the top of the range. Although I ended up having to change the flooring as I did not like what was offered first of all. However, I have to say the products are of good quality. I was told that someone from FHI would pop in several times to check the work was being carried out to their satisfaction THIS WAS NOT SO. Nobody came to check the work at all! I doubt I will see someone to check on the finished work! My opinion is that once the goods have been paid for that is the last one sees of them. They give a good deal of promises which are not fulfilled and therefore I would not recommend them . On the positive side, the goods supplied appear to be of good quality. Also I had 2 different fitters Kevin and Matt and I have to say they worked hard and tried to advice me and deal with my request as best as they could. All the workmen were very friendly and helpful . I have no complaints about them. I just would have liked to get some advice beforehand. Then I might have been more satisfied with the end look! I will have to spend much more to have the overall finish product I would like to have!

  I am very pleased with my windows, they are very good quality and look lovely. The fitters were very good, very clean and tidy. Every thing went smoothly from start to finish. Thank you.
