  I thought that I had found a company that I trusted but after spending over 15k I still do not have a fully functioning kitchen. Their electrician removed under counter lighting promising to return the following day to replace it. That was about 6 months ago and despite countless emails and going to the shop I still have no lighting even though I was promised someone would be coming to fix it each time. On one occasion I even took a morning off work to wait for them. That was the point I realised I was being had. I think my problem is that I paid up front and once that happened I was ignored. It's a shame as I did think they were reputable and I am very disappointed.
