  My husband and me visited this store yesterday. The service was first class. The sales lady was very attentive. I would also like to thank the staff for securing our shopping bag (which we left behind!) We only discovered we had mislaid it after about half an hour of our visit. So once again THANK YOU.

  Took 2 watches in to get batteries changed on a while you wait service. The lady said 1 couldn't be done as the glass front was curved, OK I guess, said the other one should be fine, went out the back somewhere came back shortly after and said "the movement comes out" and wouldn't want to do it in case it broke... Took them to a specialist yesterday, went to pick them up today, the curved glass one is done and the chap kindly asked if anyone else had worked on it, so I told him I went to F.Hinds first, apparently some circular clip had be sheared off when it was opened by her. Awesome... Maybe it depends who you get? Maybe I will visit a specialist everytime to avoid possible hassle. Oh 1 stars for polite staff :-).
