  Terrible customer service. Walked I. Asking for assistance with a new watch battery and strap and was told that it was too busy to be dealt with, despite the fact the shop was empty and had two members f staff idle. I even suggested I would replace the battery and strap myself if they were provided to me and was met with deaf ears. Wonder how these places with customer service like this make money in the gallery’s .
