  I USED FIELDS DATA RECOVERY BASED ON SOME GOOD REVIEWS HOWEVER I WAS VERY DISSAPOINTED AND FELT LIKE I WAS ROBBED. FIRSTLY WHEN YOU AGREE WITH THE WORK THEY ASSIGN YOU A CASE MANGER WHO IS ONLY INTERESTED IN GETTING YOUR MONEY. BEFORE I PAID £1600 FOR THE FAST SERVICE I WAS TOLD BY MY CASE MANAGER THAT THEY WILL UPDATE ME EVERYDAY ON THE PROGRESS BUT THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. ONCE THE PAYMENT HAD BEEN MADE I DID’T GET ANY RESPONSE AND HAD TO CHASE IT UP MYSELF WHICH WAS A STRUGGLE. AT THE END THEY FAILED TO RECOVER MY DATA AND SENT BACK MY LAPTOP AND WAS DAMAGED. I SENT PHOTO OF THE DAMAGED AND DIDN’T GET A RESPONSE FOR ALMOST 3 WEEKS AND AGAIN I HAD TO CHASE IT UP. FINALLY I DID GET A RESPONSE WHICH THEY REPLIED THAT THE LAPTOP CAME TO THEM ALREADY DAMAGED WHICH WAS NOT THE CASE. SO MY ADVICE IS TO STAY AWAY BECAUSE THEY ARE THIEF'S. YOU GOT MORE CHANGE OF WINNING THE LOTTERY THEN GETTING YOUR DATA BACK FROM THIS COMPANY. WILL RAISE A CASE WITH BBC WATCHDOG.

  Due to me being an idiot and not backing up my hard drive I found myself in a situation where I had lost 8 years of photographs and video. This meant we had no pictures of our youngest two as babies. FDR did a fantastic job, no it wasn't cheap but I always say you get what you pay for and what we got back was priceless. Thanks ever so much team, you were awesome. I am back in the good lady's good books :-)
