::Agency was good during tenancy for maintenance and general responsiveness. However, they not strict or thorough enough at the check-in of tenancy and basically gave us a kind of clean flat stating it was professionally cleaned. We did clean the flat at the end of tenancy and yet we were charged after from the deposit £135 + £30 organisation of work fee from the agency for cleaning. If you move in, make sure the property is PROFESSIONALLY cleaned, be ruthless, if there is some dust on the shelf, it was not professionally cleaned. Raise a complaint at the time of move in because when you move out they are very picky and will ask for cleaning fee....Otherwise tenancy would have been great. They were also pretty slow at the verification process at the beginning. Took them almost 3 weeks...Also asked me for £20 for reference to my new agent. Generally have mixed feelings about the agency.

::Fineholm manage the flat about me which has a leak from their toilet which has come through the ceiling and into my bathroom causing water damage to my bathroom. The water is filthy and smells as it is toilet waste. It has damage wood panelling and the blind over my window. It took Fineholm 36 hours to get a plumber (Dynarod) out to their property. After they had 'conducted the repair' and left the water flow increased rather than stopped. We are now over 48 hours and still no repair and still the water flows through my ceiling. The agent I spoke to at Fineholm wasn't at all interested in the damage to my property, made out that it was my responsibility and had no sense of urgency. I would avoid using this company if I were a landlord or a tenant.

::I overall had a pretty positive experience with Fineholm so far (have just moved in). I was a bit concerned at the start because of the comments I read here, but their service has been very professional. They helped me move in quickly and at a time that I could fit around my busy schedule, they answered all my questions and made the whole process fairly straightforward. I found the flat in great conditions and really like it here so far. The heating didn't work on the day I moved in (a Saturday) and the out of hours emergency contact did not deem that as an emergency, which I found a bit upsetting at the time and I really think should have been treated as one. Thankfully the boiler started leaking on the floor and when I told them that a plumber came swiftly and fixed everything. Aside from that, everyone I dealt with at the agency has been very friendly and professional. I will update this at the end of my tenancy to say whether they'll make issues with my deposit. I have taken note of everything I hope.

::****0 STARS**** When you move in take pictures and get them to put EVERYTHING in writing. I thought I had been smart and noted most issues when we moved in along with pictures however even though the flat was NOT DEEP CLEANED before we moved in yet I cleaned when I moved in and out our deposit still had cash deducted. They are clearly encouraged to do their best to make some sort of reduction on the deposit they give back to people. I highly recommend that you just avoid this agency all together. I am extremely disappointed with them. I stand firmly by the fact that we left our property in a better state than when we moved in.
