  If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Just went and got a pizza from Flames, walked into the shop and ordered a MARGHERITA PIZZA and was told it would be a 15 minute wait. 25 minutes later a pizza arrived, which we took home to eat. Upon arrival after a 2-minute walk home, the pizza was stone cold, dry, and was not, in fact, a margherita pizza like we'd ordered. It was covered in f***ing PINEAPPLE, chicken and sweetcorn. Thankfully we're not vegetarian but have a moral and fully physical aversion to pineapple on pizza, so the fact that there was pineapple on my pizza insulted me to my very core. Not to be disheartened, I picked off all of the bits of pineapple that I could, reheated the pizza in the oven and sat down to eat it after I'd paid a whopping £5.95. Upon my first bite into the pizza, I not only found that it was bone dry, but that the pineapple had been so finely chopped up and mixed into the pizza underneath the layer of cheese that it was absolutely impossible to remove. Can confirm I will never be buying from Flames again. 0/10 do not recommend to a friend.

  Excellent place been coming here for over 15 years, lovely local fast food takeaway, staff are really nice and friendly, great service, can highly recommend.

  Considering its a busy fried chicken place right opposite the uni, the food was always spot on. Could never fault them

  The food was disgusting, the chicken was like fish/rubber and possibly pigeon hybrid- 90% water and 0% taste. The seating was dead, the stools were screwed into the ground so it was not possible to sit with my pals to gain comfort during the distressing time I spent there. I felt bad for my toilet afterwards, it took a beating. Would give 0 stars if I could.
