  This is our second time staying here. It really is a warm, comforting and stylish hotel. Great service, amazing rooms, brilliant location. Around Christmas time, with the lights all around those wonderful streets in Mayfair, it is magical. Highly recommended...

  Excellent location, close to many tourist sites as well as just a block from a whole street of restaurants and bars. Rooms are a bit small, but not overly so given central London location. Bathroom shower is hot, and difficult to get cooler if needed. Staff is very attentive with excellent service.

  I have eaten here quite a few times and it is one of my favourite restaurants in Town. From the moment you enter the hotel the greeting and welcome makes you feel special. Take a drink at their great bar and then sit down to a meal that is not only superbly presented but tastes divine. The staff are a credit to them. Treat yourself you will not be disappointed.

  Great welcoming staffs and they are very accommodating to many request guests might have. Colin and Paul had been friendly and hospitable, suggesting many great locations to visit. Will certainly visit again with family. Great location.
