  Not a bad gym if your a steroid head lol. Very cramped out with a lot of weight you can hardly move. It's like a prison gym.

  Flex fitness is the best weight training gym in Birmingham by far. I have also brought 4 other friends of mine to this gym and they all loved it.

  This is the best gym i have been to so far, there is wide choice of equipment to use including; The latest hi-tech cardio vascular machines, the highest standard of heavy and light resistance machinery, free weights, dumb-bells, barbells, benches and plate loaded equipment. The prices are also reasonable AND unbeatable, no other weight training gym can match Flex.
