  Horrible delivery. She didn’t get the order correct for the Valentine’s Day. I received one rose instead of two. And one note instead of two also. And text on note that I received was smudged. The balloons smelt like cigarettes. I’ve never been so disappointed.

  Just popped in to Flowers by Susan to get a bouquet as a thank you gift. I named the price I wanted to spend and received a classy bouquet in return. Good value for money and great humour from Elizabeth. To infinity and beyond!

  Shocked by all of the negative reviews. I have only ever had fantastic and brilliant service. I’m convinced their may be some form of conspiracy with these reviews because I find them unbelievable... I have always only ever had beautiful and amazing bouquets and, generally, for a particularly reasonable price point too. Thanks as always FBS !

  My boyfriend always bring me back a bouquet when he goes down from Scotland to race. The flowers last the long journey home and are always stunning and brighten my home. The service from Elizabeth is exemplary and will continue using this business in the future. Would highly recommend

  Went with ideas for possible wreath arrangements. Most surprised to find that ideas had to be run past another shop. No-one available to discuss ideas or alternatives on site. Previously always advised people how good and helpful Flowers by Susan have been at doing unusual wreaths, but will not be doing so in future. Settled on 3rd choice Union Jack as was told RAF logo with writing impossible regardless of price. 2014 had wreath with logos on. Photos taken from ties and everyone seeing the wreath were impressed. Seems like personal touch has been lost along with the move down Portland Road
