  Didn't delivery same day!. Flowers delivered on the Tuesday. Arrangement arrived with the majority of the bouquet being green. For £38 it was very, very small. I could've gotten three time the size from Morrisons for £15! These were ordered for a member of our family who is dying, and she requested yellow flowers! She has literally been given days to live. We've been promised a full refund and the pick up of the bouquet today, we'll see! Fingers crossed we can get some flowers delivered to her from somewhere else, before she passes over. Thanks for nothing, Flowers Same Day!....joke!!!

  Ordered some flowers for valentines day and absolutely over the moon with them. A lady called Ashlea took my order and she was so helpful, customer service was amazing. Will definitely be using again in the future.

  ORDERED OVER A WEEK AGO AND DIDNT DELIVER ON DELIVERY DATE!!! Waiting in for the flowers all day, rang twice asking about the delivery and simply told absolutely nothing could be done to tell me when they’d be delivered even though 11am was requested. Cancelled plans as to be in for the latest delivery time of 5:30.. it is now 5:30 and no flowers have been delivered all day. Absolute disgrace paying out £50 and receiving bad customer service and basically a pack of lies of when the flowers will be delivered.. honestly feel scammed! So upset and dissapointed.. please avoid using this service at all costs, honestly think half the reviews on the website must be manifested by the people who run it

  Excellent service. Ordered and delivered inside 90 minutes. Requested a bright bouquet as a get well soon and the delivery was exactly as requested. Recipient is thrilled with the flowers, which are fresh and well presented. Would use again and recommend.
