  I'd give it zero stars if I could. Had an issue today with a payment, their card terminal was playing up and didn't tell the till. But I knew they had taken payment because it showed an authorisation code. It happens - no problem. Their solution? You pay again if we've had the money twice we will be in touch to give you a refund. I don't think so, how about you sort out your system and if you've not had the money then I'll pay again. Sorry sir either you pay again or you can't have your shoes Guess what I was right they'd taken payment twice. I was humiliated by them in the shop at the time. I got my money back and an apology for that but no apology for being treated like a criminal 1st and last visit avoid unless you like being treated badly
