::I changed the breaks of my car for an excessive price, the breaks were whisteling after the job, so I came back asking for an explication, and they just asked me again more money to fix what they havn't been able to do previously. Second time I went there, I had a battery problem, without looking the van they just said me: It's the alternator, you have to replace it (190£) plus the handwork to put it on the car(150£). Reality: it was the belt (40 pouns the piece and the handwork with a mechanic found in gumtree) Don't trust them, my advice.

::I booked online, bought the tyres and had them fitted on my chosen day. Good service. Called me to recommend an additional service that was required, gave me the price on the phone and that's what I paid. The price of the tyres at F1 Autocentres was considerably less than anywhere else.

::We have used formula one a number of times and always have had excellent customer service from not only the front of house staff but workers in the garage it's self too. Complete satisfaction guaranteed each and every time. This garage was recommended to us via friends, considering we live over 15 miles from here we will always return. I must add that even prior Travelling to garage at times we have called via phone and had excellent service. Also popped in once on the off chance of some quick thinking help for our vehicle after it developed some warning lights on dash. Again front of house (paul) was more than happy to help and solve the problem with garage staff. Annual reminders of mot always received in post and any special offers formula one may have on offer. Just wanted to say a massive thank to all. Formula one I can honestly say it's one I trust. Keep up the good work.
