::I called in for a quotation. told the representative exactly what I needed and was given a price. I then liaised back and forth with the rep for a number of days, and was happy with the level of service I was being given. Completely out of the blue, I was informed that they "would not be proceeding with my enquiry" and no reason was given. After speaking with the representative on the phone, it was clear to me that the quote I had been given had been incorrect, and they had obviously made a big mistake with regards to this. I called in to speak to a manager, and was informed that the company had decided they did not want to proceed with my enquiry with no explanation. I then called the head office, hoping to get some sense from the situation, and was greeted by an extremely rude person (female) who advised she was the most senior person available. She immediately said "are you the lady with the wine in Monaco"? and I replied "Yes" and she then said "BYEEEEEE!!!!" and hung up the phone. I called back, completely perplexed, and was then given an on-slaught of verbal abuse, I was shouted at down the phone, I was not able to speak, I was called derogatory names such as "young lady" and "little girl" (bearing in mind I am a grown woman), and the female even said "if I had a child like you I would be very disappointed". I have never experienced such rudeness as a customer in my entire life, and am still in a state of absolute shock. I will be taking this matter further.

::I thought that hiring France Removals would be a smooth and easy process but how wrong was I?! The company arrived late and almost ruined our chances of getting to our new property on time on moving day, which the property seller was not too happy about and was angry at me for despite the fact that it was nothing to do with me personally! The team of staff were very unfriendly and really gave us the cold treatment which I was not happy about especially after they have ruined so much of my stuff already! To sum up I am disappointed, angry and upset at what has gone on! The only thing that attracts people to use this company, in my opinion is the cost but I'd prefer to have a stressfree experience instead of some cheap lousey removals.
