::I decided to buy an Oris watch from Fraser Hart Cambridge. This specific model can be easily find cheeper online but I though that I'm paying for an extra service here. Few months later I noticed that one small screw is missing (you can see it on the attached photo). It turned out that even though I bought if from a respectable shop in very heart of Cambridge and I payed extra and although my warranty is still valid I'll still need to pay for replacement screws and delivery out of my pocket. To be fair, it's worth noting that the staff was felpul and understanding but the final decision was that I need to pay, which I guess is up to the owner/manager who clearly don't care about her/his customers.

::Sold a warranty by this store on a Marc Jacobs watch which i purchased from here at the same time. No mention that the strap wouldn't be covered under warranty. Watch strap was snagged by my daughter causing the strap to literally rip in half along the seam and damage the glass. Upon returning the watch for the repair under warranty my daughter was told strap damage is wear and tear and they could get an estimate for a new strap. Glass damage wasn't even looked at. Poor service and lies from the assistant when i complained. Will be going elsewhere in future.

::Went in to ask about Seiko watches and was spoken to as though I had asked about treatment for pubic lice. I appreciate Seiko are not Omega or Rolex but they do still make some very good mid level automatic watches such as the SKX007.

::Fast and effective. Council on goods and on services, at 17:45 on a Saturday, the staff was not pressed (it closes at 18h on Saturday) It took time, they closed the store when we left. So I bought a Tudor watch, which I am very happy with. May 2017
