  High end jeweller and watch seller with old fashioned style customer service, which I mean as a good thing. Helped my visiting Chinese friend through the process of buying some expensive watches without paying uk tax, gave her all the documents she needed to show at Heathrow on her way home.

  Went in terrified as I wanted to buy an engagement ring and they couldn't have been better, sat me down, made me a coffee and help me find the perfect ring. So grateful

  The staff in Fraser Hart - York are amazing and helpful. They helped me with a problem with my Tudor watch free of charge including a strap change. They then helped me get a Rolex Submariner within two weeks when other Rolex Dealers told me there was a six month wait. Great staff especially James who dealt with me throughout was very professional and helpful. Can't recommend enough.

  A small clasp repair job that other jewellers would take 2 weeks to do they did in 5 minutes and charged half as much. Thank you for being so helpful!
