  Team freedom are amazing, Irving leads a fantastic team and they listen to the client and advise if it's possible to your hair type ,I went for keratin straight treatment from having thick unruly unmanageable hair to super sleek wow amazing can now do my hair in 20 min instead of 2 hours highly recommend this salon

  Fantastic! Went here for a blow dry, the staff were great, welcoming and very much wanting to provide a great service and do a great job. I chose this shop because of the good reviews on here as I'm not from the area. I'm glad I did - I have thick, strong hair that can look very fuzzy with the wrong treatment! But I got a GREAT result. Thank you. Very impressed and strongly recommend :)

  December 2016 This salon let a stranger die my hair from a big brand. They died my white hair dark blue after I asked for pastel colours that would definitely washout. They then assured me it would wash out. It did not wash out at all. This random person was then invited back to the salon to fix my hair as they did not have staff in the salon to do so. Despite me asking if anyone else could do it as I did not trust the same hairdresser that can't even die WHITE hair pastel. I then was given the option to either wait months or let her do it. She then stripped and died my hair to a horrible greeny blonde with warm tones and green blotches around the underneath. I pointed out the green before I left the salon and she literally brushed it over and I left. I came back to complain about the condition she'd left my hair in as it was snapping, itchy and is now falling out at the root. She stripped it twice in one day. It is now inches shorter. No one will even acknowledge they have done wrong and now I've been treat like a crazy person for complaining and being made to wait weeks just to book in a new colour
