    Fantastic service and product. Chris is a credit to the dealership. Fantastic product knowledge and couldnt do enough. So glad the guy in Nissan was too busy on facebook to bother with me prompting me to go just into Mazda for a browse. 5 minutes before they closed and Chris was as accommodating as possible. Thanks Chris, extremely happy with my CX-5!

    I booked my Mazda for an Elite service online I had to call them myself to confirm the booking when it said that they will call me. When I did call I asked the person who answered the phone what was included in the Elite service he told me there will be an engine diagnostic and cabin air filters as well as the usual service, so I booked the service and took the car for the service on the day given. When I had the service the lady called me and told me there is additional work needed and I asked her about the engine diagnostic and she told me I had to pay another £100 for it, I'm not going to pay that when I was told on the phone that it was included. When I went to pick up the car I noticed that there was no cabin filters either. The lady at the reception told me it's not included in the Elite service. I was disappointed that I was told one thing on the phone and another thing when I went to the service centre. It does say on thier website the Elite service includes parts for passenger comfort so asumming cabin filters. Oh well you live and learn.
