::I visited last August. The Walled Garden is newly restored & sells homegrown herbs and other vegetables & fruit (NB Please do not pick fruit off tree nor windfalls). There are tours round the Palace. The Curator gave U3a (University of the Third Age) a talk on the history & tours & etc. of Fulham Palace, (originally Bishops' Palace). I vote this Palace, it's gardens and the adjacent church a 'must' for visitors. Also good refreshment rooms, chapel, and ancient Great Hall.

::Nice place to spend sunny Sunday afternoon with family. Cafe is in the palace and faces beautiful park. Highly recommend for relaxing & chilling without leaving the city.

::Lovely place, wonderful gardens which our son loves (especially chasing the fat squirrels). Cafe is extremely friendly, feels both spacious and cosy at the same time. Staff are attentive even when it is very crowded.

::Fulham Palace is an absolute hidden gem. It can be accessed from the park and consists of a palace which is in the process of being reopened to the public and substantial grounds. I’m the palace is a mix of styles from Tudor to Victorian. It doesn’t currently hold a lot but does have a rather nice cafe and is free to enter. The grounds are surprisingly large with the highlight being a walled garden in which you can buy cuttings in the summer months. Overall it’s a lovely day out in summer with plenty of space and is right next to the equally nice Bishop’s Park.

::I’m glad they’ve decided to make use of Fulham Palace again. Lovely building, lovely grounds. I only discovered it was there a couple of years ago! The grounds are lovely just to relax in. Lots of wildlife, the squirrels come right up to you hoping for (unsalted) nuts. I try to remember to bring some! I think they do all sorts of events now, weddings sometimes.
