  Poor experience. Wanted to donate a sofa a chair and specifically asked for them to be collected first thing as I had to go to work. No-one came and I had to phone to chase. Was then told the drivers do the deliveries before the collections - it might have been helpful to have been told this when I booked the collection! I was told I was 7th on the list once they started collections after lunch! Told them politely to forget it. Shan't bother again!

  Great service,we were looking for a new washing machine in town.on way back to car we stumbled across the furniture mine and got. Great priced new machine and delivered for less than the cost of a cheap one from the big box white goods store.

  Some good items for sale at reasonable prices, but not reliable if you have items for them to collect
