  Stayed here overnight in a superior double room. Clean comfortable and very quiet considering it's right on a busy road. Restaurant good quality tasty food, reasonably priced.

  Good hotel with inclusive parking. The room was relatively clean, the bathroom was spotless. It is a bit worn in places but very presentable. The bar area is also very comfortable. It is located next to the Cabot Circus so it is conveniently located for the city centre, Temple Meads station and the local tourist attractions. Would stay again.

  Good size hotel based in the city centre. The car park is at the cabbot circus car park but the hotel will validate your ticket from 16:00 -10:00. Rooms are very spacious, tea and coffee are provided, bed very computer only downfall is the gap under the door let's light through but other than that - really good hotel. Would recommend.

  Really happy with the place and the service! Stayed one night during a business trip and got everything I needed to relax after a long day at work. Really comfy bed, nice set of cosmetics including moisturizer provided, robe and slippers, hairdryer and iron at the room. Both room and the bathroom clean and tidy, bottled water, cookies and basic tea / coffee if you need a quick breakfast... Will happily come back.

  1st time in Bristol. Great location right next to the shopping centre and everything in the city centre. King size bed and they support us with everything we needed. Loved the size of the shower too! Great place to stay would stay here again!
