  Actually nice peeps and I gave it one star so I'm not a hipocrit as I have shopped there before, however...... Been burnt today I'm afraid I don't return to a store once burnt. Went to trade in a console only to be told they didn't have time to check it (even though I'd allowed 5 hours), was advised to go to their competition. Later I returned to buy the original games we wanted to trade in for (please bare in mind iv lost out on money already by going through this process) and they had no stock despite having the cases on the shelf, the kids were not happy. Then to my disgust so one asked to trade in a console and was told "sure no problem", joke. Went to Amazon and actually saved money in the end.

  It's The Best GAME Store I Have Been To, The Service Is Good, The Staff Are Friendly And I Have Had No Bad Experiences When Going To Purchase Items.

  I think GAME is a very good shop to buy video games and consoles Helfull staff and patient lines wating to buy stuff
