  I dropped in one Sunday to return an A1 preowned phone that I’d ordered over the internet. They checked it and agreed I had been sold a faulty phone but refused to refund me at the store, as I’d paid by PayPal. I understand why, there are money laundering laws, but I asked them to contact their customer services and tell them they had the phone so they could refund from head office by PayPal. They refused and said customer services was closed which turned out to be a lie. It took me a couple of weeks to get my money back. I cannot recommend either the branch or the company as they hadn’t checked the phone, PayPal rules are not clear on their website and the stores don’t really have a clue about online selling consumer rights. Shoddy.

  Why the shop is still closed??? When on internet says it's open from 9am and it's 9:20am now and why then isn't timetable on the door or window??????? Then

  The prices are ok but its really small you could get cramped a lot of the time

  We came into store Wednesday the 9th and were greated with exceptional staff, really easy to talk too, and made conversation relevent to us. They knew what they were talking about. The store was well stocked, got good prices for games, and was very clean and tidy.

  Just wanted to say this is a review for the Queensgate store. Friendly staff and exceptional service. Been coming here for many years and never had any problems. Whenever there has been a fault or issue they have been quick to solve it.
