  Went in to buy a game had £25 in reward went to the till to pay the money came out my card and they would not give me the game due to an error on their till so waited 20 more minuets still awaiting no game Staff where not experienced and manger was not willing to help

  Amazing little store. Trade-in game prices vary, I mostly check at Cex anyway to get the best value between both. Incredible customer service. Bought my Switch there, unfortunately with a dead pixel on the screen. Even with wonky Nintendo policy, I got it swapped for a new one immediately. Highly recommended!

  FURTHER UPDATE: I just got £14 for Minecraft Xbox one trade-in, Game is offering £7. Aren't you embarrassed that you offer people such pathetic money and credit for their games? UPDATE: ...sorry Game you just lost 3 STARS ! - You have by far the WORSE EVER trade-in value for games I have ever seen !!! - have you seen what CEX are offering customers ? ----------------------------------------------------- Best and most friendliest Game I have ever been to, I can tell it is really well managed. ...the staff are proper gamers and they chat away and make you feel welcome.

  Absolutely disgusting staff ruined my weekend in Edinburgh never been treated as bad in my life complained to head office they basically said nothing we can do I will never shop at game again horrible experience

  Nintendo Switch Deal Game had offer bundle of Switch plus Zelda for £309. At the time I happened to buy Mario Kart with it. Game in their infinite wisdom decided to change my order around a little to make sure I had the bundle with the cheaper of the two games (Mrio Kart). The cost difference ended up being £8 higher. Although relative to price that is not much, this in not the point. It is things like this that resulted in me stopping using GAME stores. Given one chance to redeem themselves and greed wins the day. For any one there be VERY CAREFUL about what is in any package you get as they can't be trusted to listen to you.
