  I am a first-time landlord. Obviously, I was very nervous in the beginning when I shopped around all agents in Coventry who offer a similar range of services to landlords, including well-known agents. However, the more I shopped, the more I became worried due to various technical terms and legal jargon. At the very last minutes, when I did not feel happy with any of the property agencies I had communicated, I met the director of GD Accommodation who was extremely patient in terms of explaining all duties of landlords and requirements from the Government. I felt so relieved when I spoke to the director who understood the feeling of being a landlord, especially ones who live far away from the property itself. So I decided to select GD Accommodation as my agent. I have been with this company for nearly 2 years and no words could describe my experience so far, except AWESOME. I am extremely happy with the service that GD Accommodation provided.
