  Horrible experience given by a pathetic male GM who kept saying he's got 35 years experience. Ordered some food and stated clearly I was using the points on my hubby's membership card. Food was served and no questions were asked. After finishing the meal, I was asked to pay as my hubby was not at the premises and I could not use his points. We are regulars and we always go together but not this time. I told the GM his staff should have told me in the very beginning. Guess what he said ? "I've 35 years experience in this trade and I don't need to tell you about that beforehand". The funniest part was yet to come. He said I had a bad attitude. I just asked for an explanation, no swearing or sth like that. Forget to take his name but I can describe this experienced GM to u all. He's about 160 tall and in his late 50's. If u fancy this kind of service, don't wait, just pop in Genting Renshaw Street, Liverpool. You won't regret!
