::Had my handlebars nicked from my Giant Defy 1 bike so I took it in there for a repair quote. No response after a week so I go back in, I’m told “the repair manager will be in touch“. Still no response so I collected my bike and left. Obviously not interested in the business, very poor. Maybe the sales guys are better than the repair team.

::Excellent customer service. Bought my bike online through cycle to work and process was smooth, staff were helpful (special shout out to Dave and sajid) and product arrived when requested (Saturday morning). After sales also very good in replacing a part which had been damaged in transit (it can happen, it’s how you deal with it that matters). Overall very pleased with my new defy road bike and would definitely recommend these guys.

::Terrible after sales service. Took two months to get a part warrantied. Each week I would call and be told 'We are awaiting a response from Giant, we will chase it and call you back immediately'. Not once did I receive a phone call or message. After 8 weeks and numerous phone calls, I rang Giant myself and who claimed they had no record of the warranty claim from Giant St Pauls. They sent the replacement part immediately. I rang the store to ask whether they had received the replacement part and they responded with the same answer, yet the replacement part had been sent to them (which caught them out). You shouldn't have to chase the store numerous times then ring the manufacturer yourself to resolve any issues. Avoid and shop in a different Giant store.

::THE best bike store by a country mile Excellent service, Excellent and knowledgeable staff Recently upgraded the wheels on my tcr advance 1. Took the bike into the Shop to have the cassette changed over from my old wheel to the new one. Turned up at lunch time unannounced and they sorted it for me and I collected the bike at 4pm. No hassle no problems just great customer service.
