  My daughter suddenly passed away unexpectedly and left my whole family very distraught in grief. My sister visited Gillmans and instantly felt that Gillmans were compassionate, understanding and very accommodating to our needs. When I personally met them along with my family members we were welcomed as if we had known them forever. They went above and beyond our expectations to care for my daughter as well as organised a funeral ceremony that was very special for our baby girl. Although they have had bad publicity in the past, all the staff members have been changed as well as the owners of the company. We could not of been more happier with Gillmans especially, Kelly, Debbie, Sam and Jamie. Thank you all so much.

  The team at Gillman Garret Lane branch were absolutely brilliant. Our mum died in July 2015 and the team right from.the beginning were professional and caring. In March 2017 our grandmother died and nan had already sorted her funeral with Gillman beforehand, once again the team were brilliant. At the burial a wonderful staff member gave me a chair to sit on because I had a stroke last year and couldnt stand for long.This act of kindness meant so much. I would especially like to mention Debbie who I dealt with on both occasions and has been very professional and caring. Finally our mum headstone was sorted and Debbie went the extra mile. The whole team are caring and professional. I would definitely highly recommend their service for your loved ones. Thankyou.

  From the moment they collected my mother from home to the moment we said our final goodbyes the service from Gillian's has been impeccable. The after care is as caring and thoughtful of your grieving needs. I would and have recommended Gillmans to friends and family as they have made this whole process a more bearable one to cope with.   I used Gillman for my father's funeral. Owing to my experiences in dealing with them, I will not recommend Gilman. Avoid being disappointed for years to come.
