  Excellent choice of food, good cocktails, very good kid's menu . Waiters a bit overwhelmed before the place becomes full.

  Ordered a meal through uber eats. Food arrived cold. Must have been sitting out for 30 mins prior to being picked up. Food would have been bad even if it was warm. Probably good for families as the large choice of meals will cater for children. Otherwise, stay clear.

  Accepts tastecard which makes the menu reasonably priced. Serves good coffee using Union hand roasted beans

  Food is mediocre, waiting time is quite long so it's not good if you want to drop in for a quick meal. Seating is quite dangerous. I was given a seat near a stair just behind my chair, we can imagine what happened after! I nearly fell, thankfully I didn't get injured. Should arrange better seating, safer for everyone. On the plus side, they have really nice staff members and tasty square potatoes. 👌

  Sadly in recent months Giraffe Blackheath has seriously gone downhill. Service is very inattentive even during quiet periods. Took over 15 minutes to be even approached with a menu and asked to order despite there being no more than six people dining and three servers. Failure to ensure salt and pepper and sugar was on the table. Dirty floors and cushions. This used to be a favourite place of mine for brunch but not any more.
