  Only deal with them because I have to, staff on phone always appear that they are doing you a favour and are hard done by.

  Rubbish company to deal with, ordered part for a customer told me it was in stock, no arrival after 3 days, 2 other items i had to source through Europe because they had no stock arrived in 24 hours!. Rang to complain, nobody interested in helping, utterly inept and put phone down on me twice. My recommendation? never deal with them, they are utterly useless.

  Hugely disappointed as the website states this is a motorcycle parts shop so when I arrived to purchase a engine guard and panniers was told that it's distribution only. So 52 mile round trip wasted. Lady on reception was very polite and apologetic.
