  Terrible customer service. They are happy to take your money and allow you to enter your own prescription when ordering any glasses , but if you have a problem with the lenses or have any queries they need a fully signed and dated copy of your prescription from your optician before they will assist you any further? They won’t even answer your questions unless you send a fully signed/dated copy and even then they drag their heels! Had heard great things but now will go elsewhere once I finally receive a refund.

  Lost my expensive glasses so needed some new ones quick. I knew that my local opticians would be very expensive so gave glasses direct a try. I am very glad I did because I ordered some on Monday evening and they turned in the post on Friday morning. You would be hard pressed to notice a difference in quality between these glasses and my expensive ones that cost 80% more. I am a well happy customer and will be returning in the future

  Really slow service, expected a week or so turnaround for getting glasses reglazed but three weeks is far too long. As they say "Should've gone to Specsavers"

  Awful service, can’t pick up the phone I ordered sunglasses 6th July 2016 and wrote on the notes that I needed these by July 23rd. Phoned today (19th July) only to find that they have done absolutely nothing. Apparently they were waiting on me to contact them to confirm my prescription. I asked why didn’t they just pick up the phone and was told they can’t because they are too busy. I will never use this company again disgraceful service! Order now cancelled.
