  Awful Dr surgery. Not helpful at all. You put a written medication form in and they still get it wrong. We was left supposedly in a Que of 1 on the phone it took that long no one answered I ended up taking my baby in to the surgery for Dr to see as a emergency. The reply I got at reception was you need an appointment and if your baby that Ill take him to hospital so we did. Never known a Dr like it.

  I rang up at 8am this morning (26/5), asking for an appointment for my Mum. The receptionist was most helpful, Mum had an appointment at 9.20 with Dr Powell. I just wanted to thank them personally for the care and attention given to Mum today. Thank you most sincerely. Beverly Drake
