  Awful customer service. The MANAGER picked up his phone whilst I had to wait for him to finish to post my items, then I got told that “He is the manager” and that he can “do what he wants” ( his own words) I suggest posting from the cooperative etc, do not waste your time as they will only waste yours followed by extremely unacceptable behaviour.

  The people that leave negative reviews here clearly have nothing better to do with their lives. I use this post office every day and the four members of staff that work here are such nice people. Very down to earth and always happy and smiling, would happily recommend this service to anyone local. Best PO in Bristol

  There is one cashier at this PO who is OK . . . at a push. The others just can't be bothered to the point of rudeness. They make you feel that you are an inconvenience to their beverage drinking. I only go to this branch for convenience and definitely not for the friendly banter.

  Really poor customer service. I was told to 'look on the website' when I asked about insurance cover for parcels. The young woman who served me couldn't be bothered to explain the different parcel options clearly and was downright rude to the point of loudly 'apologising' to the next customer as though I was an annoying inconvenience. I will not use this Post Office again if I can help it.
