  Excellent shop, staff are always helpful and polite. My only gripe is that despite advertising the best prices, there have already this year been many occasions when I've found that they are not stocking certain brands and prices start high, especially on their own products.

  staff are normally helpful, have had one that wasn't. but generally good service and helpful staff , great choice of camping gear , I do buy a fair bit of camping gear here. Car park is nice size for customers.

  Less stock than other stores. Staff were unhelpful, my request for assistance was met with an eye roll and sighs. Same members of staff that were too busy to help me in a practically empty store were going out of their way to ask women in the store if they needed any help. Will spend my money elsewhere.

  Bit disappointed. Asked an assistant for poles to hold up the porch on our awning and he was able to take us straight to them where he explained they cost 9.99. I asked was that for a pair he said no just for one. I picked two up and took them to the checkout where I was told they were 15.99 each unless I had a discount card. Out of principle I left them there. What a waste of time!!!

  Large warehouse building housing lots of equipment and showing tents and camping equipment in use. Staff today very helpful and very friendly. Good prices also,renewed my discount card after a few years of not going so will definitely visit again soon.
