  Had a few problems with a tag watch being sent backwards and forwards a few time with no success of watch problem being fixed by tag .Kate at cabbot circus was very helpful all through out the problems and managed to source me a new watch in the end from tag. Thanks Kate.

  Very poor customer service. No communication as promised re length of time to repair my gold watch, although they are keen to take your money. After 6 weeks I chased, and after 7 weeks I eventually had my watch returned to me, no repair as by that point I had lost confidence in their ability to repair and return safely. Will not be using Goldsmiths again. I prefer reputable companies who can deliver what they promise.

  Would be 0 stars if possible!! Jumped up useless liars for staff. Always an issue with orders "getting stuck in their systems" and then can't even give you a decent excuse as to why!! Cant manually authorise orders to be dispatched that have been paid for and theyve ballsed up then talk down to you. On hold for 20 mins as 1st in queue!! Jokers

  Diamonds weren't up to scratch but nice staff, would recommend elsewhere for rings, watches are good though
