::Great service. Staff are very helpfull.. i purchased a grainfather from them, i got it home and found there where some parts missing. This was on a saterday!! I phoned up and told him what was missing, he said that he would post the parts to me on the monday first class. Which i was very happy with...but to my surprise the doorbell rang sunday morning and there he stood with my missing parts...in my book thats going above and beyond good customer service...dont pay any attention to some of the negative reviews on here.....
